The Sea Thane
 
The Teeth of Sievrae is the domain of The Sea Thane where the Handmaidens of Ulsane lure unfortunates down into the watery depths of The Sea Thane's Palace. He may oft-times ransom his captives and his coffers full of rare stones and Glamour, which bears testimony to his methods.
